Booking Process & Payment Policy

Booking Process

  • All confirmed bookings require a partial or total advance payment (please see ‘Payment Policy’ below) of your total stay duration to be made to uTuur.com. The balance payment can be made at the hotel using any one of the modes of payment mentioned in the relevant hotel description.
  • After you complete your reservation process, you will be sent an email/SMS giving you payment instructions for the advance payment amount.
  • After you make the advance payment and send us the confirmation, we will send you your booking confirmation and hotel address.

Payment Policy

Unless otherwise stated, we require 25% of the total booking amount to be paid in advance (in case of Bank Transfer) and 100% of the total booking amount (in case of JazzCash and Credit/Debit Cards) to confirm your bookings. Options for payments are listed below:

Bank Transfer

We accept Bank Transfers. Payments can be deposited in the bank account to be communicated after you have confirmed your booking.

Credit/Debit Card

We accept ‘Visa’ & ‘Mastercard’ both Credit and Debit cards. Just follow the payment instructions on our website to pay via Credit/Debit cards.

JazzCash

We accept money via JazzCash. Just follow the payment instructions on our website to pay via JazzCash. Alternately, you can also visit your nearest JazzCash dealer with our booking voucher to make payment. Details will be sent via Email and/or SMS.
