Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated, our standard Cancellation Policy is as below:

If you decide to cancel or change your booking at any time, please inform us as soon as possible and we will assist you as much as possible.

  • If you decide to cancel or change your booking to any other Hotel more than 48 Hours from the Check-in date, you will be entitled to 100% Refund of your advance payment amount.
  • If you decide to cancel or change your booking to any other Hotel less than 48 Hours from the Check-in date, you will be entitled to No Refund of your advance payment amount.
  • If you do not show up at the booked Hotel on the Check-in date, you will be entitled to No Refund of your advance payment amount.

 

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated, our standard Refund Policy is as below:

If you qualify for a Refund as stated in the Cancellation Policy, your Refund will be processed within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) of the Cancellation request. A cross cheque in the name of the booking person will be made and dispatched to the given address. However, we will deduct the Delivery charges and Bank charges (if any) from the total amount. Please make sure that the person making the booking has a bank account in his/her name.
